Delivery

Standard tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses costs £5.95 and is free on orders over £75.00 including VAT.
Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.
You receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link when the parcel leaves us.
Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or two longer. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Local customers in East London can collect by arrangement, call 07307 565444 after ordering.

Installation

Everything in the store can be fitted by our own electricians across London. Tick “I would like installation” in the basket and we will email a fixed price for the labour, certification and any extra materials. You only pay for the products online; installation is invoiced separately after the visit is agreed. Prefer a survey first? Request a quote.

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Email info@owelectric.co.uk with your order number. Return the items unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of telling us.
We refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items that have been installed, wired or had their packaging seals broken cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty goods and guarantees

Aico alarms carry a five year manufacturer guarantee and BG Nexus wiring accessories a 25 year guarantee. If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund it, including return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment and VAT

Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices include VAT at 20% and a VAT receipt is emailed with every order. Business customers can add a company name at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day and delivered by tracked courier in 2 to 4 working days. You receive a tracking link by email.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

What if an item is faulty?

Contact us with your order number and a description or photo. We will replace it or refund you including return postage. Aico alarms carry a 5 year manufacturer guarantee and BG accessories a 25 year guarantee.
